Challenge

Engineering organizations have decades of technical documentation in formats that can't be searched or analyzed. P&IDs, datasheets, and specifications contain critical knowledge locked in images and PDFs.

Architecture

Six-stage pipeline combining:

• Smart Extractor routes documents to the optimal extraction method (100% accuracy, 70% never touch a vision model)
• RF-DETR for 65-class equipment symbol detection
• SigLIP LP-FT fine-tuned visual classifiers in a 5-model consensus cascade
• Connectivity Graph Assembly with KDTree spatial indexing and BFS path tracing
• One-click retraining from human corrections — model weights mature with your data
